In a harmonious blend of luxury and transparency, Bastille Parfums sought to elevate the fragrance experience. Our agency collaborated with Bastille to weave a narrative of transparency, sustainability, and the artistry of their perfumes.

When users scanned the QR code, they embarked on an immersive journey to explore the virtuous circle of Bastille. Reflecting the brand's ethos, the navigation design allowed users to choose their own direction within the circular experience.

No predetermined path—just the freedom to explore, much like the spirit of natural perfume for free spirits. Navigating through Sourcing, Composition, Expression, and Sustainability, users discovered the origins of ingredients, fragrance composition, inspirations, and even the bottling date. Each item held a unique digital ID, ensuring a one-of-a-kind experience for every bottle. Leveraging RFID technology, the solution not only enhanced transparency for consumers but also provided Bastille with valuable insights into their supply chain, from source to consumer.

Steering the creative response for Bastille Parfums, I embarked on a journey to shape an experience that encapsulated the virtuous circle of the brand; an embodiment of socio-economic ideals.


In conceptualising the navigation style, our objective was to infuse the circular experience with the spirit of exploration. Working closely with designers, we made deliberate efforts to ensure the vision translated into a simple, playful, and educational style. This approach aimed to resonate deeply with Bastille's commitment to transparency and eco-consciousness, creating a connected fragrance experience that spoke volumes.

With the RFID-powered solution, Bastille gained insights into their supply chain, enhancing efficiency and combating counterfeit products. Users embraced the journey, with the average session length indicating a deep engagement with the brand's story. The project not only elevated the fragrance experience for consumers but also reinforced Bastille's position as a beacon of transparency in the perfume industry.
